Privacy Policy

Lambdachain is built so that we hold as little about you as possible: no accounts with us, no passwords, no advertising trackers. This page describes the little that remains — what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
01What we collect
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our servers record the IP address, browser user-agent, pages requested and timestamps of visits, for security and operations.
- What you send us. If you email us, we receive your address and what you wrote.
- Preferences on your device. The site stores your theme choice (light or dark) in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device and identifies nothing about you.
02What is public by design
The Protocol is a public blockchain system. Wallet addresses, account indices, orders, positions, deposits and withdrawals are recorded on public networks, are visible to anyone, and cannot be altered or deleted — by us or by you. We do not control that data; we read it like everyone else. If you want your activity unlinkable to your identity, do not associate your wallet address with your identity.
03Payments
Card and Apple Pay deposits are handled by a third-party payment processor. Your card number never touches our systems; the processor shares with us only what is needed to credit the right account (a payment identifier, the amount, and the destination account). The processor’s own privacy policy governs the data it collects.
04What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data. To anyone, for anything.
- We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking, and the site sets no tracking cookies.
- We do not collect data we do not need.
05How we use what we have
To operate and secure the Interface, to respond when you write to us, to comply with legal obligations (including sanctions screening where required), and to understand aggregate usage from server logs. That is the whole list.
06Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help operate the Interface (hosting, payments), when the law requires it, or to protect the Interface and its users from abuse. Any provider we use is bound to use the data only to provide the service.
07Retention and security
Server logs are kept for a limited operational window and then discarded. Email correspondence is kept as long as it is useful or legally required. We protect what we hold with standard technical measures — but note that on-chain data, being public, is retained by the world, not by us.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Write to us and we will honour what applies. Be aware that data recorded on public blockchains cannot be deleted by anyone.
09Children
The Interface is not directed at children and may not be used by anyone under 18.
